口罩點焊機價格暴漲，市場怎么了？？？

“設(shè)備公司不遵守契約精神，不給我合同簽訂好的設(shè)備。”3月8日，江蘇省的一家口罩企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人張勇（化名）對時代周報記者說，2月初和一家口罩機生產(chǎn)商簽訂的合同，現(xiàn)在只交付了4臺，還剩一臺不交付了。來的4臺機器，質(zhì)量也不好，電子元件、機械件的配合度一塌糊涂。

張勇原本計劃多上五條生產(chǎn)線，擴大口罩產(chǎn)能，但如今化作泡影。“只能繼續(xù)用原來的生產(chǎn)線了。”張勇無奈地說。


張勇的遭遇并非個案。時代周報記者了解到，目前的市場現(xiàn)狀是，口罩機遲遲無法交付，交付了也達(dá)不到生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

3月8日，廣州春康生物科技有限公司相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人向時代周報記者表示，2月20日，公司以每臺68萬元的價格在贏合科技定了兩臺全自動口罩機，本來定了2月29號交付，后來拖到了3月4日，對方才給了一臺半成品，而且還生產(chǎn)不出來。

他直言：“公司已經(jīng)答應(yīng)給政府和不少企業(yè)供給口罩，但口罩機的故障讓我們焦頭爛額。”

上述不愿具名的口罩廠員工告訴時代周報記者：“現(xiàn)在做機器的大多數(shù)都不專業(yè)，導(dǎo)致機器各種出問題，根本開不起來。”

梁天向時代周報記者表示，正常“一拖二”口罩機的產(chǎn)能在每分鐘120個的量，但現(xiàn)在普遍是70個左右。

“疫情以來，轉(zhuǎn)行做口罩機的企業(yè)很多都達(dá)不到理想效果；技術(shù)不到位，供應(yīng)鏈也不到位，不少圍繞口罩機的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件都處于斷貨狀態(tài)。”梁天直言。

3月8日，深圳市醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)協(xié)會副秘書長焦儀對時代周報記者表示，現(xiàn)在市面上部分供應(yīng)商是在疫情后緊急開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)口罩生產(chǎn)線的。相較于以往一直在做口罩機的企業(yè)是“外行”，那么就一定會花更多的工時去做，生產(chǎn)速率也會受到影響。

7日，來自上海的口罩機調(diào)試員劉鑫（化名）告訴時代周報記者，口罩機的周期需要20多天的時間，需要加工、組裝、檢測等步驟，而且是十幾個人配合生產(chǎn)。

9日，金太陽回復(fù)問詢函稱，疫情爆發(fā)后，口罩機需求快速增長，短期內(nèi)能快速上崗的口罩機調(diào)試員數(shù)量相對短缺。受調(diào)試技術(shù)人員短缺、原材料配件供應(yīng)緊張及安裝調(diào)試工程復(fù)雜等因素影響，金太陽精密目前口罩機產(chǎn)能較為有限。

價格水漲船高

供需矛盾之下，口罩機現(xiàn)貨價格瘋狂上揚。

張勇告訴時代周報記者，自己訂的機器比較早，在二月初的時候，5臺一共160萬元。但現(xiàn)在有口罩廠報價一臺口罩機180萬元，只要付款3天就可以拉走。

前文所述的廣州春康生物科技有限公司相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人向時代周報記者表示，為了解決生產(chǎn)問題，公司曾花費了130萬元，去四川提了一臺口罩機。

3月4日，東莞市市場監(jiān)督管理局發(fā)布文件提醒，各口罩機經(jīng)營者嚴(yán)禁市場炒作、坐地起價、變相加價等行為，不得擾亂正常的市場價格秩序。

此外，口罩機調(diào)試是正常運行的保障，但調(diào)試人員稀缺，也成為口罩機無法正常運轉(zhuǎn)的一大阻力。

“一般調(diào)試一臺口罩機設(shè)備在3天左右的時間，調(diào)試員現(xiàn)在報價都在6萬左右，技術(shù)高的開價10萬一臺。”梁天向時代周報記者坦言，連調(diào)試員的酬勞也水漲船高。

供應(yīng)鏈、技術(shù)、人員等問題的環(huán)繞，使得一些企業(yè)開始“謹(jǐn)慎”起來。
